As Technical Managing Director(CTO) at Pokolm, Dennis Hamm is primarily responsible for achieving the company's goals through close cooperation between the TechCenter, production, and purchasing. In his role, he strives to promote synergy between these areas in order to develop innovative solutions and offer customers unique added value.

Even during my own training, I was actively involved in supporting my fellow trainees before taking on responsibility for training management as workshop manager. The topic of training and further education has been a recurring theme throughout my professional career – and in my private life too. Knowledge is the key to competitive advantage!"
